Default C8 Headers [In stock + Ready to ship]

Get the most out of your C8 with Fabspeed’s higher-flowing CAD proven design Sport Headers, the direct replacement upgrade for the bulky restrictive hydroformed OEM GM C8 factory headers. Our dyno proven design significantly increases power and exhaust note. Also, we highly recommend our military spec thermal blankets to keep the heat in your engine bay under control. Fabspeed heat blankets will FIT other BRANDS of aftermarket headers too. Inquire.

SOUND:

Nothing quite sounds like a set of quality equal length headers on a Chevy V8. These headers will give your C8 a moderate increase in volume but a significant increase in muscle car tone.

POWER:

After many dyno hours and incremental refinements to our design we were able to achieve dyno gains of 25crank HP or 20 WHP at 6300 RPM and +21.37 crank Torque17.1 FT/LBS of TQ at 3300 RPM. Best of all, the power is there across the entire power band!

FEATURES:
  • Fits all Chevrolet Corvette C8 mid-engine Vehicles Coupes and Convertibles worldwide 2020+
  • Dyno proven power gains of +25HP and +21 ft/lbs of TQ
  • CAD designed and CAD flow developed
  • Simple direct replacement bolt-on for the stock headers
  • Complies with 50 state emissions bolts directly to C8 factory OEM catalytic converters
  • Incrementally dyno developed for maximum power
  • Constructed from T304L stainless steel with 1-piece mandrel bent primary tubes
  • F1/ INDY car style high-velocity 4-into-1 merge collectors with merge spikes for maximum scavenging and performance
  • Combine with our C8 Sport Catalytic Converters and Valvetronic Maxflo Exhaust for the true American V8 sound
  • Available with optional 2200 degrees thermal blankets. made with 321 stainless steel netting, ceramic fiber and Kevlar jackets with 321 springs. The same materials we use on 800HP Mclaren heat blankets.
  • Available with optional Cerakote ceramic coating
  • Heat blankets available for PURCHASE SEPARATELY and will fit other brands of aftermarket C8 headers
  • Simple bolt-on installation, no cutting or welding required
  • All Fabspeed performance products are backed by the Fabspeed Lifetime Warranty

Have you done a comparison between a car with your valved exhaust/sport cats/stock headers vs one with your exhaust/cats/headers? I would be interested to see dyno numbers between the two…I can’t imagine the car sounding significantly louder between the two (I just installed your cats/exhaust and it is so loud!), but I would like to hear your thoughts.

We have indeed! I'm just waiting on some dyno graphs to come across from our R&D team, and I'll get them posted for you!

Power wise the change is minimal 10HP or so, but the sound increase is around 10-20% in my opinion, truly helps increase the flow into the cats exponentially

10-20% louder?? The cats/exhaust system easily hits 120+ decibels from 4-5’ away…10-20% louder would almost be painful haha
