Default Moving after a full stop

I just took delivery of 2023 Stingray. When the brake is released after a full stop, the car has a half second lag before it moves forward. Is this normal. Clutches?

Yes, this is normal. After your half-second the RPM will increase, clutched partially engage and the car creeps forward. I think the slight delay is to make sure that's really what you want to do.
