High Wing Dimensions
Can someone with a High Wing measure the length of the airfoil front to back. Probably about 8 or 9 inches. Also the width end to end, probably about 48 inches, and the height off the rear deck.
I don't know anyone that has a high wing I can measure.
I am considering building a carbon fiber wing. OK, I know that is crazy, you can't do that, but I am good with carbon fiber, I made a wing for my C5 racecar.
I like the look of the high wing, but I think it is slightly too small front to back. The Z06 wing is perfect for a Z06, maybe a little too serious for a Stingray.
I am thinking of something a little bigger than the Stingray high wing, just a little smaller than Z06. If you know someone that has a Z06, please measure front to back of the wing.
I am trying to build something that looks just right. It took a couple of attempts to get the right size on my C5, this should be easier since I am trying to hit the middle between SR and Z0.
