You most certainly can, and we highly recommend keeping the factory cats in place. They work extremely well. Thanks for considering ARH!
Any heating issues in the engine bay with the ARHs? Is ceramic coating an option? My concern is heat over long trips and/or racing ie occasional trips to the drag strip.

I'm coming up on 3 years installed and zero heat issues. A round trip from Philly to Boston/ Cape Cod last year and around 100 passes at the drag strip too. My headers are not coated.
They are the best header on the market, they happen to be in the fastest NA C8 on the planet.

Thanks for the speedy response! Have they maintained the original stainless color?..can they be polished to keep the engine bay looking nice?

You can polish them if you like. 304 stainless polished up quite nicely. Quite honestly I’m a big fan or the gold tint the transform into after they’ve heat cycled. It gives them an exotic appearance.
Do you have to drop the engine down to install? Can they be installed with the engine in place?
Install from the top with wheels on the ground, no reason to even lift or jack up the car. It's a DIY garage job for any home mechanic or advanced hobbyist.
For those who installed these on their coupes with Z51, any tips, videos and/or other helpful installation information is greatly appreciated! I will be installing these soon so trying to plan my attack...
