Default Stingray wide body?

Although I am on the Z06 waiting list, I've wondered how difficult it would be to change the body panels from the Z06/ERay. I've always liked the C8R wide body and having a wide body Stingray would be cherry on top for me. It would be the GS of the C8 (compared to C6/C7).

Since the panels are bolted on like the C6/C7 and I've heard the doors are the same on all models, I think this would be doable.

Obviously I will be doing the conversion myself.

I'm leaning toward NOT doing the conversion.

The door sill/rocker are all one piece and that goes on the car before other panels so the door must come off.

I have the price on the rear bumper and lower panel and just those 2 pieces are over $1K. All panels come unpainted. The inserts/trim/exhaust tips are additional.

I think it's going to be over $10K in parts in addition to painting all the panels.

I would also need new wheels/tires for the wide body.

since you have started, could you publish the part numbers and price for people who would still go forward. 10k is bad but it’s similar to a c7 wide body transformation

There are too many variables for finish/color on the trim. It would just take too long for me to get all the part numbers and list them.

Here are the major parts list:
86820961 rear bumper cover (upper)
85155726 rear bumper cover (lower)
86812391 bright chrome exhaust tips
86812390 heat shield black exhaust tips
84986961 front bumper cover
85572180 front middle grill
84936891 front right carbon flash
84936890 front left carbon flash

84824881 front left fender
84824882 right front fender
85120402 left quarter panel
85120403 right quarter panel
85616817 right rocker panel
23317072 left rocker panel

I tried looking at the dealers electronic parts catalog and I just can't find it. Looked at all the underbody figures for the Z06 and there is no mention of the strakes. Maybe I'm blind. Was curious about them myself.
