I have a 2021 C8. When I put into drive and step on the gas there is a hesitation and then it goes. Is this normal?
All the time, or just in certain situations? If I am on a slight incline, the hill hold feature will engage, to keep the car from rolling, and when the throttle is depressed there can be a slight hesitation as the break releases and the clutches engage. But on flat ground from a stop, it should be smooth. Mine is a 2021.
