As far as I know you cannot tune any GM car/ TRK 2020 and newer including the Corvette
Best you can do without tearing into the engine is
1. Cat Back X-Pipe Exhaust adds about 20-25 RWHP
2. Cold air intake or drop in air filter adds about 11-12 RWHP
3 Pedal Commander adds 0 HP however the throttle response in exceptional
Takes the Stock Electronic pedal from 1-3 ratio all the way up to 3-1 ratio !!!!!!!!!!!
This is awesome
4 Maybe a set of headers adds about 12 15 RWHP but the exhaust sound in obnoxious
as will be a CAT Delete kit
The Lingenfelter Carbon Manifold, plus high flow cats, plus headers and finally throttle body and air filter. Could be worth nearly 100hp at the crank, but a total cost of $10k+, better to just bite the bullet and go Procharger IMO.

Lots of crack pipe hitters in here that look at tuner websites while they're supposed to be working and they just add up fake claimed gains. "Exhausts are 25hp", "Intake is 15hp", "Headers are 30hp", etc. First of all, those claimed gains are bullshit and second, it doesn't work like that even if they were real.
Yeah sadly adding parts is not cumulative on these cars. Plenty of dynos showing various degrees of success, but not one that I've seen showing the total combined claimed value of all mods (and not even close TBH). But best of luck to ya. Hope you get to where you want to be performance-wise!
Like others have said, you don't add the claimed HP gains for each mod and total them out. I have seen several before and after Dynos with aftermarket PTR intake manifold, Soler 95 throttle body and Halltech air intake with total gains of 13 to 15 hp.

NOT TRUE I had my mods dyno'd ----- One mod at a time and they were all very acurate
Not only did the CAT BACK exhaust add 20 RWHP It is also 60 llbs lighter than the stock exhaust system UNTUNED RESULTS TOO !!!!!!
Who's smokin crack now ? Not me maybe someone else--
You waited 3 months to come back with that bullshyte? Okay dude. No cat back exhaust is going to give you 20whp. Nope. I'm not saying some tuner dude didn't show you a dyno sheet that suggested that, but it wasn't real. As for your mythical exhaust being 60 pounds lighter than stock: also no. The stock NPP cat back is 72 pounds, weighed several myself. So your exhaust weighs only 12 pounds then? Full titanium would weigh more than that. Try again.

Carbon fiber exhaust tips, though
Just out of curiosity, I did look up the weight of a Paragon titanium exhaust and here's what they list: "Weighs in at 20 lbs vs the OEM of 77 lbs. 57lbs savings!"

I'd fire your Dyno operator unless you have a 129mph trap speed time slip in 1000da
I have been doing this for a long time. The simple truth is that it is very difficult and expensive to make major improvements on a naturally aspirated factory high performance engine. There will also be compromises with sound, reliability, drivability and service life.
