I do and it's just a clone from China. Works great just make sure you have a laptop with the minimum specs to run it with Techline Connect. Techline Connect does check you laptop specs before allowing you to connect.

You have to have a subscription with GM to be able to use this?
I pay the $40 per vin to be able to do any programming / reflashing of modules the same that a dealer can do. The diagnostic subscription is pretty expensive so I use a Zurich Pro bidirectional scanner for that.
If you buy the hard disk with the software already installed do you still need a Techline subscription?
Yes you need it per vin to do programming. Don't buy a mdi with the software installed because it will need to be updated anyway and it's free on the Bosch website.
It's definitely a learning curve you have to purchase the vin credit through AC Delco and then redeem it in Techline Connect.
I have a question about this type of scanner. My '23 Corvette had a check engine light and a cheap scanner gave me a trouble code that didn't make any sense. Since it was under warranty I took it to the dealer and they found one of the rear cooling fans had a wire chewed through by I imagine a chipmunk. So I replaced the fan myself and now have another light and the dealer said they thought it was a chewed wire, not the same one, but they didn't have time to find exactly where. Is there some way I can diagnose this myself? Presently a cheap scanner shows a code that will clear for a second then come back. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.
I'm getting C1555, U112A, U112B, U1347, and U1384.
I can't see any wires cut or frayed from the top of the engine. I may take it to a closer dealer to have them look. They made me mad last time because I made an appointment and left it all day and they never got to it. The one yesterday didn't get around to it till 3.

Did you buy this car new or know the exact history of it? These codes are very random and makes me wonder if it's possibly a flood car.

Hey mate,
So it costs $40 per each vin and each module reflash? Or only $40 no matter how many modules you will flash?
Secondly, as for diagnostic, you suggest to use other tools instead? I wonder why diagnosing cost on these software!
