aFe Power Track Series Cold Air Intake Install
Spent the day yesterday installing the aFe Track series cold air intake in my 2021 C8 yesterday. I was an F-15 fighter maintainer for more than 20 years. Boy it brought me back in time! It was a pain in the a** with the high wing on the car. Spent most of my time in the trunk on my knees.
Overall fit and finish was outstanding with the exception of the driver's side lower left airbox mounting hole. I had to open the hole a bit to align.
Couple of tips:
Wear Mechanics gloves
Don't drop anything!
Have lots of light

Very nice! The high wings makes everything more difficult back there when working on things; luckily my car doesn't have it but a few I've worked on do. I agree that the aFe intake is a really nice piece; I couldn't be happier with how mine went on. I've swapped around filters too a few times just experimenting.
