C8 Check Engine Light
My 24 C8 Z51 just tossed a check engine light. Started up to head home and light appeared. Would normally just head to dealer but its Saturday night of a holiday weekend so I checked the phone app and everything was normal. Nothing unusual on drive home. Put a OBDII reader on and everything is green. No planning any heavy driving over the weekend but should I be worried? I searched but didn't find anything here.

The phone app is pretty up to date and it isn't showing anything. Used the Onstar support part of the phone app and they sent me a possible fix for an EV
. I then ask for an "advisor" and said they would get back to me during regular business hours. Not going to be driving tonight so I will try the button tomorrow. Just curious if it has happened before. I've never had a light in any vehicle since ODB without a code being posted.

OnStar says Engine code P0700 with a Transmission code U1608. Can't find much on the transmission code. The OnStar report just says the transmission may not operate as expected. Hopefully this is not the dreaded C8 transmission issues. Friends have had waits of up to 3 months for fixes. Since this is a 24 I thought that they had fixed the issues.
