Updates
My 24 Stingray Z51 (820 miles) updated yesterday and the redline went back to 5500 RPM, I took it out tonight and ran hard it updated again when I pulled into the garage and the redline went bad up to 6500. What happening with it.

The indicated redline rises with engine temp. Watch it from a cold start until about 165F engine temp and you'll see it steadily increase. This is normal and has nothing to do with your update.

I drove the car 25 miles it was warm and redline never raised to 6500 rpm, but it updated last night and the rpm was 6500 today. I just find that strange.

These ota updates are weird, my car started a new thing last week. The radio wouldn't shut off after opening the door to exit, and the infotainment screen faded but left a faint view. I was going to call the dealer but it resolved itself after another ota update ran. I love the self healing thing...lol
