How adaptable is the stock ECU/Field system?
If someone was to build an with additional displacement, maybe not a 427 but add a few cubic inches or if they were to install a low pressure boost system, for example, a supercharger/turbo running at 2 to 3 maybe five psi, would the L2 require a tuning to run or would the LT to adapt to the additional boost and see it as a change in air pressure?
of course to get optimal output, a tune would be required however I’m wondering how adaptable is the existing system to an added 20 30 or 50 horses?

That’s a great question regarding if just increasing the cubic inches. I’m thinking it will adjust but depends on how many cubes added < how much tq and hp. That will be costly vs doing bolt ons …. That DO work
