White smoke on cold start
Hello all, new here to the forum. Been lurking for awhile and most recently picked up my new to me z51 c8. Is this an acceptable amount of white smoke I am seeing on cold start? Thanks for your input.

White smoke generally means moisture in the exhaust. Not a big deal.

Exactly. White smoke would indicate a coolant leak like a blown head gasket or cracked head. What you're seeing is just a bit of blue and black smoke. Oil and fuel. Every C8 does it on cold start.
