I'm not sure what to do. My screen froze while someone was trying to Facetime me while I was driving. My phone froze, and then a message popped up on the screen. I have tried everything, including disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes. The screen becomes active when I call OnStar, but the touchscreen does not work. I can touch the home button to change between the screens, but it only changes the display. I can't perform any actions. When I disconnected the call, it returned to this message. Screen won't move. What is wrong
