Has anyone done it? Just wondering if achieved time is lower vs. with the OEM setting? Since the OEM throttle lag can be significantly reduced, I'd assume Launch Control time would be much lower. Thanks.
When you use launch control the throttle is already floored and the engine is at 3000 rpm before the launch, so I don't think there would be any lag. I doubt a throttle controller would make any difference. Going from idle to wide-open-throttle might be a slightly different case.

Your pedal may be on the floor, but your throttle body blade probably not at 100%. Just log your car to find out.
I won't be able to tell anything because I already have a Soler Throttle Control on my C8. But we're talking throttle lag, not whether the blades are open 100%. I just don't think lag comes into play when your engine is already running at 3000 rpm for a few seconds before you release the brake. The limited slip differential probably has more of an effect in that situation.

It's obvious that the throttle body blade (or blades on the Z06) is not at 100% open when using launch control with the pedal floored otherwise the revs would be considerably higher.
It's very likely that a product that plugs into the pedal and alters the throttle curve would have zero affect on 0 to 60 MPH times. Why? Because the pedal is fully depressed and the drive by wire system would be told the pedal position is at 100% with or without the pedal controller in place. So there is no curve to manipulate.
With the pedal floored, the ECU is seeing the same voltage from the pedal whether you have a throttle control module installed or not. The Soler and similar units only change the progression of voltage, not the maximum. So no, adding something like the Soler won't increase performance with the pedal floored. To itonlyairandfuel's point, the ECU decides how far to open the throttle for any given voltage, based on multiple other conditions*, so without some sort of logging tool there's no way to know how far the throttle actually opens when using launch control.
*Traction control and Stabilitrak, for example, intervene when necessary and reduce throttle even when the pedal is floored.
