Default Tire replacement question

Recently had a run in with a piece of cement sticking up on the road at 60 mph and destroyed my aftermarket rims and tires on the passenger side of my car. I ran the stock silver wheels for a week and the car drove straight and the alignment seemed fine. After installing the new rims and tires on passenger side the car pulls hard to the passenger side when steering wheel is straight. I had roughly 3k miles on the Michelin PS4S that are on the driver side could there be that much wear already that its causing it to pull that hard?

Sounds like an alignment issue and not so much tire wear variance with only 3k miles. With a hit hard enough to destroy wheels & tires, your alignment is definitely tweaked.

I agree with the above but if you want to verify swap the tires side to side. If it still pulls the same direction it's the suspension. If it pulls the other direction it's the tires. Or just take it in for an alignment and hopefully something isn't damaged.
