EDIT;
I did what Mark9 suggested and have full functionality back on the dash display.
Thanks all for the fast lifelines!
Need help.
I am supposed to be on the track tomorrow, I am about 2 hours from home. Staying in a hotel.
I went to grab a bite and came back out to go to hotel.
Started car, all is well, backed out, went to Drive, made way to road. Pulled out and went to look at speed on dash. DASH IS BLANK.
Infotainment is on working fine.
HUD is up and scrolls thru different modes.
Rotated Dash lights ****. Infotainment levels change but NOTHING on dash.
* When I first started the car, I went to PDR and turned recording off.
I do not know when the dash went blank. Parking lot was busy and I was watching other cars.

Reason: PROBLEM SOLVED
With the car off, leave the door open for a minimum of 90 seconds. Not less. Close the door and start the car.. See if that clears things up. If not, disconnect the negative side of the battery for a min or so and reconnect. Hopefully one of those two things will reset things.
I'd add that if you are using Android Auto/CarPlay sometimes the dash will go black when the car isn't happy about the connection for some reason. If you're using AA/CarPlay disconnect it and restart the car.

I did what Mark9 suggested and WALA BADDA-BING!
I have my display back.
Will keep in mind your suggestion in case it happens again and his method doesn’t do the trick.
Thanks for the fast life line.
(I have an iPhone).
