Just get rid of the Torx and use these. Like I said in one of my earlier posts, the only reason Torx are used at the factory is for ease of using tooling for expedience. Your mechanic will thank you. Make sure you get non serrated, otherwise you will chew into the soft aluminum. John

I have EP Torx and E Torx sets from different manufacturers. My EP14 and E14 would not fit over bolt head. Both 16 versions would fit over the bolt head.

I just rechecked my EP torx set, the lobes are not correct to match the EP profile. The product did not match the picture of the profile. My bolt head lobe to lobe was 12.7mm as expected for an EP14 bolt.
