Default Question on C8 battery charger

Finally hooked up the tender today. OAT 45 degrees. Car was sitting for 2 days. It started on the lowest charge state and quickly moved to the second. After 3 hours it is still on the third. The manual says nothing on the state of charge for each of the four ready indicators, only that it's ready to start when the third lamp is lit. Is that 80%?
Does this charger maintain, float and condition as well as charge. My Noco Genius 1 does all of this. "12-volt battery charger, battery maintainer, and battery desulfator rated at 1-amp for lead-acid automotive". It provides ongoing maintenance and optimization and can be connected all the time. It cost 1/3 the price of the C8 labeled one.

I am wondering if I should check the fluid level of mine based on this slow charge. 2024 5600 miles.

Anyone know the amp rating of the factory battery?

My 2021 charger looks just like yours. The manual that came with mine has a table that shows time to 80% SOC, and it show the "nearly full" battery symbol lit in that table, strongly suggesting that the "nearly full" symbol is 80%. The output current is shown as 4.3 amps in my manual.

Edit: The caption at the top of the "time to 80% table" I mentioned, the caption is "Ready to Use". On the back cover of my manual, that light is identified as "READY TO USE". In the manual, it also says it might take up to 50 hours for the final "fully charged" light to come on.
