Default EBC Rotors vs. Girodisc...

Anyone have any experience with EBC Rotors? wanting to know how they compare to Girodisc. I've used Girodisc on my old C7 Z06, but am looking at options to outfit my C8 for tracking only. EBC looks a bit cheaper cost wise, but don't want to change more often than Girodisc...

Thank you...

I've used DBA 5000 series for years on a few different cars. Street use and track use. Decent price and absolutely no complaints.
Just another option for ya to consider.

Both great, we do a lot more Girodisc esp for the Porsche community. EBC pads are highly favorable though.

Let us know, dealers for both, products in stock, great prices.

@MerakiAutoworks Actually I purchased an exhaust from you guys last year, but I do not see any brake components on the website?

Just deleted couple hundred thousands products to organize products better. We do have them though. Message, email, text, call, PM, bird messenger, -- contact us, we'll get you taken care of.

We have a lot of experience with GiroDisc and have gotten nothing but good feedback.

We personally don't have any experience with EBC, so can't really give too much input on that front.

Feel free to call/text for more info about the GiroDisc options --> 267-225-0278

I run Girodisc Rotors on my Z06 along and have been very happy with them. Dropped a good bit of unsprung weight too.

They've been the go-to for countless builds from street to full blown track. Girodisc Rotors w/EBC pads would be a nice set up depending on use/expectations. EBC makes a great product too.

If you're looking for a package or to discuss, feel free to give me a shout.

What pads are you using with them? How are they on the track, what sort of life are you getting out of them?

The rotor rings (all of the ring except for the area swept by the pads) rusted on my girodisk rotors just with garage condensation during the weather changes. Car never sees rain. Not heavy rust but still bummed. Those EBCs above look to be fully coated and I will choose those next time, but that's only because aesthetics mean something to me. YMMV. Other than the rust, the girodisks work fine for me. I can post pictures if interested...
