I noticed from E-Ray chassis pictures that the E-Ray has an additional Front Suspension Tower Cross Brace that the Stingray and Z06 does not have.
Has anyone tried to investigate the possibility of retrofitting the cross brace to the SR or Z06? I assume GM added it to additionally stiffen the front Suspension. Added Cross Brace between Suspension Towers

The whole structure of the so called "suspension tower" is different, likely to accommodate the fact that there is front motor/transaxle with drive shafts. So, the cross brace is not simply added to the same design - its a different design.
“That axle system adds about 260 pounds of curb weight. Mass-reduction efforts to offset that gain include standard carbon-ceramic brakes and a lighter, lithium-ion chemistry for the gas engine’s 12-volt battery. The electric drive unit’s housing is magnesium, with associated fasteners and the bottom of the drive battery’s housing in aluminum. The aluminum brace between the front shock-tower tops is claimed to genuinely improve steering feel at speed, helping compensate for the slight changes in front suspension geometry required by the packaging of that front axle.”

Yes. I think the wording suggests that the cross brace was necessary because of the change in the front end design - rather than just an addition to stiffen up the original Stingray front end design. OP asked if the cross brace could be added to the Stingray - while maybe "a" cross brace could be added, its not clear that is needed or would make any improvement - since the front end designs are different anyway. If a brace was added, it would need to specifically made to fit Stingray shock towers - since the structures are different (based on the photos anyway).
