Have you considered having your windshield tinted? They have a very light tint (80%) available that blocks UV rays and is hardly noticeable. Eliminates the need to wrestle with anything inside the car, keeps the car cool, and reduces fading.

I bought this one from Covercraft during Black Friday. It has good coverage, but the visors barely hold it in place. It's a hard cover. And it's fairly large. So it is something you have to stick in the trunk if you have a passenger.
