C8 Tuning

So when you tune a C8, the computer needs to be sent to HP Tuners to be unlocked. When the ecm is reinstalled in the vehicle it has to be remated to the CAN bus system? How is this part done?

HP Tuners unlocks the ECU. Same hardware same programming just unlocked. Plug and go.

$1,600 for HP tuners to unlock the computer, $400 for credits, $400 for laptop interface= $2,400 before the car is tuned by the dude with the laptop and put on the dyno. So figure out about $3,000 to tune the car. In for a penny, in for a pound, may as well pitch in another $1,700 to make this a true dual fuel car and get an E85 tune, which will really bump up the horsepower.
