I have a small clicking noise in the left rear wheel. It sounds like it's right in the wheel itself. It appears to be clicking at the wheel speed (e.g., once per revolution). Here's what is strange about it: it only happens when I'm between 30 and 60 mph turning somewhat hard to the right. It sounds like something in the wheel is hitting the suspension as the car "loads up" the left-hand rear suspension. I can only hear it with the top out. This does not happen at low speeds. I was thinking of taking it in for an inspection -- see if the dealer can work it out, but I thought I'd ask you first. Thoughts?

Thanks guys!

Could be lots of things. I had click sound from a front wheel. It turned out to be a piece of the plastic under side cover that was loose, and could contact the wheel. I could see that myself just by looking under the car, but I still went to the dealer to have it corrected. If you had the Z51 with the rear duct work, it could be that coming loose - but you don't - so it isn't. Probably will need the dealer to look at it.
I was able to get a service appointment this morning, so we shall see.
I agree with you about looking myself. It's pathetic, but I just don't have the tools. Depending on how this goes, I may get a jack + jackstands. I am also in the market for a code scanner. But that's a whole other topic.

Actually, for the issue I had, I could see without raising the car. Yours is something different, not necessarily easy to see. Dealer fixed mine. It was in and out in 15 minutes if that. Never even gave me an invoice for it.
I thought I'd close this post out by saying I was able to get this fixed. Just to reiterate, in my case the sound seemed to be coming from the left rear, but I really don't know. Also, I was not going that slow when it occurred. It occurred when I was turning right at about 40mph.
The fix was GM Technical Service Bulletin 17-NA-271. It completely resolved the issue. In my case (2023 Coupe) the issue was covered under warranty -- which to me was amazing. I can't remember the last time I took a car in with an issue that was fixed, first time, under warranty.
In my case, the car had been tracked twice before this and (mea culpa) not cleaned after the event. This year, after my track day, I spent several hours cleaning the wheels.

I guess you're really lucky since that TSB doesn't include C8 Corvette at all.

It does. Covers Corvette 2014 through 2025. https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...11990-0001.pdf
They revise the bulletins but keep the same number. This link is to a Nov 2024 version. And it is covered by the warranty if the warranty is still in effect. It has the labor code for it.

I'm aware of this.. So much for counting on Google to give the most relevant link upon a search since the top link is not the most recently released.
I use Bing. But it too did not have the latest one at the top. I learned this lesson a while back though when searching for bulletins - ya haf ta check em to make sure you have the latest one.
AI has similar screwiness all the time. I find it wrong as often as correct. But - it has those little footnotes that link to the sources. Often times (and I do mean often) it extract exactly the wrong thing. And sometimes, comically, its source will turn out to be a forum mss-statement. So, I find that AI is useful only as a way to find possible sources. The AI answers themselves are unreliable.
