Hi there,

Yes, both our throttle body and throttle controller can be installed on the 2026 E-Ray without triggering a Check Engine Light (CEL). They’re fully compatible with the vehicle.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Yes, even the 95mm! But if you're stock or just lightly modded, the 91mm is your best bet.

Hi there,
The AI Mode on the throttle controller starts out at Sport 5. As you drive, it learns your driving habits and automatically adapts the throttle response to match your style. It's a great option if you want the controller to adjust on its own without manually changing modes.
I hope this helps, and if you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to reach out.

We just posted a new video featuring Luis, our Co-Founder and President.
In it, he explains airflow and shaft design, how air moves through our throttle body, and how design choices impact airflow.

Hi there,

Later this week, we’ll be flow testing our 95mm throttle body against a stock LT5 throttle body. Once we have those numbers, we’ll share the full comparison so you can see the complete performance spread.

In the meantime, here’s a quick overview of what sets our throttle bodies apart:

FEATURES:
• Optimized active contours with flow nozzles
• Tapered inlet and upstream bore
• Greater discharge coefficient of plate/blade interface
• 16 Ra microinch, diamond-polished surface finish
• Contactless sensor (no wear, longer life)
• Dimpled shaft trailing edge
• Dual hole pattern (fits LT5, and all other LTX and LSX)
• High-efficiency, manifold-specific adapter kit available

BENEFITS:
• Lower weight-to-power ratio at partial throttle for a more nimble, spirited driving experience
• Linearized and smoothed curve for predictable response and crisper shifts
• Immediate response right off idle with no hesitation or stumble
• No tuning required, completely warranty safe
• Increased airflow and power at every throttle position after idle, crucial for both starting and expanding power gain modifications

If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can email us at support@solerengineering.com or call 251-468-9786.
