What about where the line that clips onto the stock bars? Is there a place for it to clip to on these?

Those bolts are actually stainless steel. For some reason they have a gold tint in the picture.

Evap hose clips; good question.
On the bottom of the d1 struts, there are plates with slots for the evap hose clamps.
Dis-connect the clamps from the OEM struts, replace the strut, rotate the clamp down, plug it into the d1 strut. No problem.

Small brackets with slots for the Fuel Evap Hose are included. They are bolted to the bottom of the right side strut.

I just ordered my SR HTC and new to Corvettes. Why change the OEM engine struts?

They look 100% better on a Coupe. You cannot see them on a HTC.

Stainless Steel Allen bolts are included with the struts. M8 x 65.
If you are looking for other bolt shapes, Amazon has stainless hex head flange bolts, or low profile allen bolts 8mm x 70.
