I purchased a set of 3-piece wheels from another member. Wheels were mounted on his c8 corvette Z51 same as mine, but I’m only getting three full turns on my lugs on the front wheels. I spoke with Rohana who was extremely helpful. They confirmed the wheels were made specifically for the car, correct offset, bore size etc..
Anyone ever have this issue or have any recommendations? I don’t really want to install extended race lug studs with open ended nuts. Would take away from the look I’m trying to get.
Can you post some pics of your issue? Might help with people formulating a potential solution.
I'm wondering if you need a different taper on the lug?
The contact area between the lug and the wheel can differ depending on wheel design so there is a possibility your lugs aren't compatible with your new wheels.

I agree O P here if you are only getting 3 turns even if you tq to 140 ft lbs I really wouldnt trust that at high speeds.
What did the seller say? Had he mentioned this issue with you before the sale. If you take a look at the stock wheels and compare the thickness of the two hubs you'll probably see the aftermarket is thicker. How far is the stud coming thru the new wheels? It's possible the wheels were machined in correctly even if Rohana says they are made for the C8.
Hello Everyone, my apologies for not responding sooner. I had somethings come up. I appreciate everyone’s thoughts and comments.
as for the lug nuts, seller sent me the lugs he used while the wheels were installed on his car and Discount Tire confirmed those were the correct lugs.
I have read more on Rohana wheels and information does state the hubs are usually thicker than the OEM, although seller did mention he used the OEM lug stems.
I went by a local GM dealer and they mentioned the standard OEM lug stems varied from 2.3 - 2.5 inches in length. They recommended I purchase a 3.0 inch lug stem to insure proper fitment. I ordered the stems and they just arrived yesterday. I’ve pre-fitted the stems and lug nuts, and I’ll get between 7-9 full turns with the lug being aligned perfectly.
