Default Parking brake connector help

I'm thinking about using the C8 Corvette Brembo parking brake calipers in my Superlite Coupe. Can anyone with access to a factory service manual identify the part number for the electrical plug? A part number for the actual plug body and pins or a part number for a replacement pigtail connector.

Here are two pictures showing what I'm after.

As you know, plug that you seek is part of one of the body wiring harnesses. The Service Manual typically does not list GM part numbers, but can be useful for identifying a part name that can then be looked up on one of the on line parts supplies. I tried that unsuccessfully. I searched my manual for "harness replacement" and found several procedure for harness replacement, but none were the harness that connects to the parking brake calipers. I also found the replacement procedure for the calipers, but that provides no useful info about the harness to which it connect.

I also tried GM parts now to see if I could find that harness. It is probably there, but I could not find it - because I do not know its correct name.

So, I think you may have to go to a dealer parts counter and see if they will help you identify the harness. Even then, it will not be connector with a pigtail - that may not even be available as a separate part.

The caliper appears to be just a two pin connector on the caliper side (see photo) You could probably just attach wire to that and then use a plug of your choice.

A little more on this. Attached is a functional description of the Park Brake operation and schematic for it. I have a concern that it may not be as simple as engaging and disengaging the caliper with switch. The schematic makes it look like it simply reverses polarity to engage or disengage. But what happens when it reaches the end of it is travel? Can you keep the voltage applied?
If you read carefully, there an internal sensor to the park brake actuator, this sensor is used to monitor the park brake motor position. And, the control module can tell if the electric parking brake is only partially applied or released, or there is a problem with the electric parking brake. I'm not sure how it does all that with just a two pin connector.

Thanks for your help Andybump! Great information.

I think I've found the correct plugs. I won't know for certain until both the calipers arrive and the connectors and pins arrive. This picture shows the correct part numbers for the connector body and pins.
