Does the tuner have a help /diagnose selection for the throttle body/sensor / no CEL before the tune /any work done on the TB lately ? Give the TB a good look over inside and out /re-install the tune .

No issues before the tune. I can't look at the tune because it's locked. I'm considering another tuner that doesn't lock the tune, though. I did a throttle body relearn and got the same fault, then I swapped the TB (i had a solar and went back to the stock TB did another relearn and tried to do another 15 mins session and the fault came back) so it has to be in the tune, I swapped from the solar to a stock TB and did a reset and got the same fault. It seems to happen on track and not during regular driving.
