I've seen a couple people share links for these, but hadn't really seen any feedback. Anyone have one of these GM specific devices? From what I've read they come from over-seas suppliers and support from the US Launch is non-existent because of this. I'm wanting this to do the ABS procedure to change my own brake fluid and just hoping to save a few bucks over the universal device.
I have another LAUNCH model and it works very well, very pleased with it. Ive used it to relearn the NPP valves, TPS and DCT fluid flush routine.
I also have one and use it to relearn the exhaust valves. I'd say it's a bit clunky compared to an older Actron unit I have for diagnostics. The Creader works but the user interface is about what you would expect from a $100 unit.

With the latest firmware upgrade, I have used this model to do DCT flush successfully. I also did exhaust valve re-learn.
Even with this unit not supported by the US distributor of Launch you had no problem locating and installing the firmware? That sounds pretty promising.
If someone uses this to do the HSF on a 2020 please post the results. It seems like if it can do it on a 2021 that it should be able to do it on a 2020 but you never know.

You may want to consider buying one with a return policy. I think it should work with a 2020 however.
I was unaware this would do the HSF procedure. Mine is relatively new just bought it last November. I did update it right out of the box. I’ve only used it once to perform the exhaust valve re learn after I installed the Borla ATAK.
