I think it is going to be what it always has been. What you are laying out is pretty much a full blown race car. They won't do it in my opinion but I would like to see something like a Z07 "R" package and really do some crazy stuff like you pointed out. But that that level you are going to have to change so much that is basically going to be a totally different car and likely to start close to ~ $200K mark

No roll cage

No carbon fiber removable body
Lost me at track ready fighter and CC brakes...any track rats knows that CCBs are not exactly track friendly in the consumables department. They look cool and if you have the cheddar then they are definitely the best you can put on a car...but we're also talking about a Corvette...not a Ferrari where the price tag typically negates the kind of purchasing decisions that most of us have in regards to our cars.
I want the Z07 package to include some of what you listed but the roll cage is laughable and the full removable CF body work. I swear most of the people clammoring for CF over SMC\FRP are wishful thinking. The weight savings is negligible you'd save more with titanium wheels studs over steel...but then you can't gloat about your CF body panels at the local car meet over some Starbucks.
Give me cheap consumables, forged wheels (you can have the CF hoops too rich for my blood to replace), and some more aggressive aero and I'll be set. I feel like the CCBs are a foregone conclusion for the Z07 though.
I'd rather spend the extra money for CF wheels on a set of track wheels and some Hoosier R7s for track duty.

guys what im saying is.look at the factory race car,,z07 could be a real race car
Why?
How many track only cars do you think people would actually buy? Not to mention that the thing would not ring in anywhere near affordable. Economies of scale are a thing, and building a car that maybe 100 total people in the world would want let alone buy sounds pretty silly.
Sure GM does the COPO cars but look at the price and how many of them that sell...
I just don't understand why anyone wants a track only Corvette, there are so many good options out there already...I would kill for a BAC Mono or a Radical RXC but I don't get to the track enough to warrant spending the money on one right now.
I like the idea of having a daily driver that also serves as a highly capable track day toy, and once you start ripping out creature comforts that daily driver capability is lost. I'm probably going to check out the new Lotus Emira since I likely won't get my hands on a Z06 for a few years. The Emira won't win in a straight line but the thing is sexy and handles like all Lotus cars...like a razor. Also the price is very attractive for a stopgap until the supply of Z06s allows me to buy MSRP or below.
