New TITANIUM C8Z06 exhaust systems being released for sale at Fabspeed Motorsport USA.

My Fabspeed team CAD designed and 3D printed an high flow X pipe and proved the design in terms of excellent superb sports car sound and Dyno verified proven power in a lightweight design. Fabspeed is the Worlds very 1st company to design and release performance exhaust systems for C8Z51 and C8Z06 cars utilizing the Worlds finest components and technology exactly like we have done for 30 years for Porsche , McLaren, Ferrari, and Lamborghini cars.

My Fabspeed Motorsport team applied all our knowledge for C8 systems and know have launched super lightweight Super strong titanium Z06 systems. Shortly we will also offer Titanium Z06 valvetronic systems that will 100% be guaranteed to be the Worlds very finest systems with aerospace quality exhaust valves and investment cast X pipe and mandrel bending.

No CHINESE “lobster- tail — pie cut multiple welds “ pie-cut welded exhaust systems are NOT indicative of quality NOR craftsmanship as the uneducated might assume. Any and all exhaust systems with “PIE CUT SECTIONS- lobster tail - multiple pieces cut & spliced and welded together “ are laughingly called in the professional welding field as Lobster tail welds and are actually multiple failure points called heat affected zones or HAZs. You likely see this nonsense all the time and it’s the “cheap sweat-shop labor Chinese no equipment manufacturing substitute “ for CNC mandrel benders or the NO CNC equipment work-around as labor is cheap in Asia. You even see this nonsense in the USA from time to time.

Check out the Fabspeed C8Z06 Titanium Supersport saves a MASSIVE 43 pounds from the stock Z06 OEM muffler . 2200 degree insulation Inconel ceramic wrapped top pipes . 100 % argon backpurged mandrel bent minimal welds for maximum exhaust flow and durability. Next up C8Z06 valvetronic with Helical Limited U.K. Exhaust valves .

Also released for sale QUAD carbon fiber exhaust tips and Quad titanium exhaust tips that are a simple bolt-on direct replacement for the heavy OEM Z06 quad tips. Ask for John Sutor john@fabspeed.com or joe.jr@fabspeed.com or joe@fabspeed.com. These quad tips are designed to fit and be compatible with any Z06 factory OEM exhaust and or aftermarket exhaust designed for factory Z06 quad tips.

Feel free to check out on-line and cruise by to see & drive my Z06 and take a factory tour of “how it’s Designed , Dyno developed and manufactured !

Titanium investment cast lost wax X pipe mandrel bent - no lousy cheap pie-cut nonsense .

Massive weight savings BUT super strong X pipe rules .

Back purged — good welds SHOULD HAVE NO COLOR! Color in titanium is indicative of non-shielded welding processes .

OEM Z06 60 pounds 27.5 kilograms

Z06 quad tips OEM middle from my personal Z06 carbon quad bottom and quad titanium top

Here is a short video for my fellow Corvette faithful to understand WHY you should REJECT aftermarket exhaust systems that are crafted and built with multiple stainless steel and titanium “pie-cut pieces”. As i mentioned multiple welds and rediculous pie-cut Lobstertail style welds every 1/2” to make a 90 degree bends 45 degree or whatever are multiple failure points no matter who welds up any piece of metal. Heat affected zones or HAZ are failure points of which logically one should avoid . That being said Chinese and Taiwanese sourced systems often employ this “false craftsmanship style “ as $700,000 mandrel benders and CNC equipment is expensive and take a lot of floor space and tooling.

Look forward to seeing how Fab's solution might differ from Valvetronic's: https://valvetronic.com/products/che...40750654881828

The biggest difference is quality!!
We have mandrel benders, titanium casting, and Helical 100% Silica Carbide Valves. Not to mention, our valved and non valved system features an industry first of it's kind, a cast titanium X-pipe, including our famous knife-edged internals to promote proper flow acceleration and scavenging.
That system you attached is an out-of-the-box solution, made overseas. Easily acquired through eBay or vendors directly for a few hundred dollars if you're diligent in your search. The biggest issue, is those overseas valves seen in the photos are proven to be extraordinarily weak. They degrade due to heat and will rattle incessantly, if not explode. (Swing by HQ and we can show you examples, we've tested them over the years)

Fabspeed's Titanium Supersport X-Pipe Exhaust is the ultimate race focused cat-back setup for your Corvette C8 Z06. This exhaust system will wake up your LT6 engine like no other cat-back exhaust out there.

Check it out here: https://www.fabspeed.com/fabspeed-ch...t-system-2023/

SOUND:

This all out race exhaust turns the Z06’s 5.5l V8 exhaust note into a thoroughbred race sound. With a much more authoritative rumble at idle, and our signature X-pipe bringing out the a high pitched wail that, dare we say, exceeds that of the Ferrari 458. This system is LOUD, so don’t be surprised when you wake your neighbor's every Sunday morning. All this sound and performance comes at the cost of some interior drone. For a drone free solution, we are developing a valvetronic exhaust that will have the best of both worlds.

POWER:

Combined with our Sport Cats, we gained 30 WHP at 4600 RPM and 36 ft/lbs of TQ at 4600 RPM. That's a gain of 33 HP at the crank! Peak horsepower also increased from our baseline of 640 WHP to 666 WHP and from 445 ft/lbs of TQ to 462 ft/lbs of TQ. When comparing apples to apples, in addition to the Sport Cat power gains, we saw additional gains of 16 WHP and 19 ft/lbs of TQ in the midrange and an additional 7 WHP at the peak. See our dyno graph above for more details.

FEATURES:
  • Fits all Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 2023+ Models (Except EU Models)
  • Impressive dyno proven power gains of 16 WHP and 19 ft/lbs of TQ, 18 HP at the crank
  • Saves 44 lbs / 19.95 kg compared to the stock/OEM muffler
  • Retains the OEM “floating” exhaust tips, or convert to our Carbon Fiber tips and Carbon Fiber surround
  • Constructed from mandrel bent Titanium
  • Incorporates the industries first Titanium cast X-pipe for superior flow and exhaust scavenging
  • Comes with Fabspeed electronic valve simulators that prevent a CEL
  • Designed from 3D scans of the OEM headers so we can achieve perfect bolt-on fitment
  • This cat-back system is emissions legal in all 50 states and the rest of the world (ROW)
  • No Check Engine Light guaranteed
  • Simple bolt-on installation, no cutting or welding required
  • All Fabspeed performance products are backed by the Fabspeed Lifetime Warranty
*Valved option to follow shortly*

======================================== ====================
The company you quoted above has NO DYNO validation, no Dyno development , No design, NO engineering and NO manufacturing departments ............all processes and everything is 100% outsourced to CHINA. Here is the website on Alibaba where its all bought for peanuts and marked up 1000% and resold to unsuspecting Ferrari, Corvette , Lamborghini, Corvette C8 , Lamborghini, Maserati, BMW, Mercedes enthusiasts . The one and only JOB function for many internet companies importing poorly designed, poorly engineered and unreliable systems is MARKETING Hype, Social Media Hype and tough guy gangster hands and discounts to gain traction. At the end of the day as I learned I business school and 25+ years of Porsche Driver education and Club Racing to the point of being asked to Run the ROLX 24 at Daytona...cheap performance parts are the old saying .............." You Can NOT Polish a TURD"!

www.jtldautomotive.com

Ive received several PHONE calls from Performance shops regarding FAULT Codes and problems from defective Chinese exhaust valves . One shop super Pissed-Off said essentially " Great Im their Beta tester road tester for a product of which they have ZERO experience and are simply reselling" .

Meanwhile , many other local companies are simply BUYING Chines catalogue exhaust systems that 100% lose significant power and cost $450 complete and are RESOBOXED RESOLD to Porsche Boxster Cayman and GT3 customers from "SOUL-LESS companies" from www.liangfei.com.tw

Open and LOOK.......simply order , unbox, sand-blast to Obfuscate the Chinese polished finish and BUILD website with "we love our customers and lots of Values and MIssion statements " and Re-sandblast and resell as brand NEW if a defective system get returned.

Caveat Emptor- buyer beware!

Is this a better design than you did way back on streets peed 717 yellow z06? I remember the picture you posted of the opening of the oem mufflers showing that tiny 1 inch pipe. Is yours bigger?

==========
Thank you for your question. YES we made the Fabspeed C8Z06 quiet valved / closed side with a larger mandrel bent tube for enhanced flow and reduced back pressure. We are building 30 C8Z06 valvetronically designed systems . Same Helical aerospace quality electronic valves imported from Great Britain. Helical valve are ultimate quality exhaust valves that serious OEM European manufacturers choose for their exhaust systems and used all on Ferraris SF90, F296, 812 Superfast , Romas, McLaren cars and other hyper cars and Fabspeed “cut no corners and used Helical electronic valves” on the 670HP Z06. Inconel stainless steel valves with silica carbide spindles that take intense thermal loading and temperature shock and endurance racing events.

Titanium lightweight C8Z06 valvetronic exhaust with Helical valves should be completed soon at Fabspeed.

Chevrolet doesn’t offer a Titanium exhaust tip option, so we set out to fix that.

Our tips are designed to fit the stock rear bumper and will work with most aftermarket exhaust systems that use the factory exhaust tips. Made from Titanium, and slightly blued, these tips are designed to stand up to the abuse any street or tracked Z06 can throw at them.

Fabspeed Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 Titanium Quad Tips (2023+)

FEATURES:
  • Fits all Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 2023+ models with center exit exhaust
  • Direct replacement bolt-on tips to replace the factory Chevy tips
  • Floating style tips work with OEM and many different aftermarket exhausts
  • Crafted from Titanium, and built to last
  • Beautiful Blue-Purple tint under intense heat
  • Bolt-on installation, no cutting or welding required
  • All Fabspeed performance products are backed by the Fabspeed Lifetime Warranty
