C8Z Canceled?

I just saw a vid about the C8Z being canceled. Is this true or just YT BS? I've been saving a long time for the possibility of getting one. Supposedly emission standards are changing too quickly. And the LT6 would be sold just as an aftermarket crate engine. Anyone confirm or deny this?

an article saying this was posted on carbuzz as an april fools joke. it's all BS.

I would encourage you to never watch a video by that youtuber again, whoever it was. Stuff like this is a lame *** "joke"

The YouTuber is a creative entrepreneur trying to get clicks for dollars. He is not foolish.. he is just catering to those who are foolish enough to fall for stuff like this and all clickbait, but especially on 4/1.
