Default GM points

Ok maybe dumb question. When I look at my GM points I see a lot of points but my dollar amount is $0 Should I see a dollar amount associated with my points I know it's not one to one
but I should see something ie 1,000 points = $10.

When they changed over from Capital One to Marcus, I had the same issue. I had to do an online chat, and they combined the two so now it all shows on the one new log in page.

I believe it's 1 point per dollar isn't it? Nevermind I just looked at my account and I can't tell what I have in dollars.

Edit: Looks like 100 points = 1 dollar.

You have one of the original gm cards that’s grandfathered. Very nice. Mine I only got in 2018. I believe mine has a cap but I don’t remember what it is. I have a little over 2000 in rebate money to use atm toward a z06.

THIS!

When I logged into my GM REWARDS acct, it only showed 2,800 points...I knew that was not right.
When I logged into my MARCUS CARD acct, it showed 140,000 points.

I called GM REWARDS customer service, and they MERGED the two. I now have 142,800 points in my GM REWARDS account.

Ok I just spoke with GM REWARDS sure enough they had to combined my points so now I have 64,379 points and before I had no dollar amount it said $0 before now I can see the points and a dollar amount.

So everyone who got switched over from the old GM credit card to Marcus need to check their points on the GM REWARD site and in your MARCUS statement to make sure they are in sync. The GM REWARDS people had to merge the accounts for me, Member Support Center at 844-764-2665

Thank you
