Hey new guy here. First I’ll say I know I’m asking what everyone is and I’m not going to know much but my question is for any tips or info on z06 orders. Like everyone else it’s my hope to order a z06. Some places I’m talking to are not even responding about the z06 or are saying they will order them by themselves. I’ve seen some say they are on a waiting list which I would love to be in on but haven’t been able to get on one. I know high demand and low supply but any tips or helpful info is greatly appreciated. Inb4 someone tells me pick a different car lol which I would listen to as well honestly
If you are willing to pay an extreme markup ($50K over MSRP or more) you can probably find one in the next 6-12 months. If you are expecting near sticker price, that ship has sailed. Waiting lists at dealers selling at MSRP are 4-5 years deep.

seriously four to five years? Wouldn’t the zr1 be put by then?

Yes, but it will probably start close to $200K and will likely be limited in production. There will still be a market for the Z06 in the $120-170K range.

It sucks, but you are way late to the party if you want a Z06 any time soon without paying big bucks over MSRP to get it. There are dealers with waiting lists that are so long that the car may not even be in production by the time their list clears out. People getting first year cars from them have had a deposit down to buy the car before anyone even knew what it looked like. The lists really blew up after the car was revealed last year.
All you can really do at this point is call a bunch of random dealers and hope you strike gold.

Unless you got on list before Feb of this year, its difficult to get on any dealer "list". The dealers have orders going out for years based on their expected allocation from GM. It makes no sense to add someone when its that far away.

Of the big 3 Corvette dealers selling the Z06 at MSRP, only MacMulkin is still taking deposits to get on the list. Ciocca and Criswell are no longer accepting deposits.
