Default Stitching Clarification

When yellow deviated stitching is chosen in the configurator as an option, the door card's special stitching (the one where lines go straight and turn outwards at an angle - same decoration as the roof) appears yellow (in the configurator). But watching various youtube videos of StreetSpeed717 or SpeedPhenom's videos, those areas appear to have white stitching whereas the rest of the interior has yellow stitching. Anyone know why this is and if this is normal? I'd expect everything to have yellow stitching including the entire door card, not just the surround of the door card.

Good question, and I have observed and wondered the same thing with the yellow and red stitching options.
All 3LZ's have that special stitching pattern you are referencing, but when watching the Horse Power Obsessed video, where he drove Street Speed 717's car, it didn't appear to me either, that the stitching in the pattern in the center portion of the door panel was yellow.
Makes me wonder if that center portion for the 3LZ is a separate panel (made only in black, red, and natural with neutral stitching color) is added at BGA and used on all 3LZ model cars for simplicity.
If so, that is a little disappointing, and GM fumbled the ball on the goal line.

I think it’s just black stitches no matter what. Just another shortcut in my opinion

I don't know if this applies to what we are talking about but 100% of the stitching on the door of my 2023 3TL Stingray with black interior and the red stitching option is RED.

Default Where is the Stitching Option?

I can't find any option in the configurator to change the stitching color. Is it gone now, or am I just missing it?

If you are talking about the regular interior stitching, I'm not sure the ability to change it was ever in the visualizer. It is in the build and price section though, under "Options" and "Interior Options". Not sure if it helps with the door card question though.

Thanks, I was looking for it in the interior section not the options section. Looks like they only have red or yellow stitching available.
