Default Engine Appearance Package
I have a 2LZ-Z06 on order and it should have a TPW in about a week, I hope. Got it bumped up into 2000 status after the dealer advised me the Engine Appearance Package was holding it up. It doesn't appear that part can be ordered separately HOWEVER. its is available from after market outfits like APR Performance, for one, and for slightly less than the GM part. I'm thinking I'll just buy one and install it myself. Anyone had any experience with this part??

I am at 3000 on my 2024 Z06 order and I ordered the Engine Appearance Package with no problems. My order was in the first group.

AGM kit makes an awesome kit. Plus the GM engine carbon turns a weird brown/yellow color

Nice, but a little too much for my tastes. I have the GM package on my 2021 Stingray with no issues of discoloring. Thanks the feedback!

give it time, it will discolor as all of gm's carbon discolors

Well, if it does the next guy will have to deal with it since I'll be selling that car in the next 3 months.

you don’t have to get all the panels. You can get just the close out panels from AGM. Mine is three different items. Engine surround, close out, and cross brace.

Your so wrong! Call and talk to Debotech the maker of GM carbon for the C8. The carbon is a little discolored redish brown hue because it high temp resin. The outside and interior parts are clear.
