Not when you order the car, but you should be able to order from any GM dealer or online wholesaler. There are also some aftermarket companies that make them and sell them. But just know that if your car did not have them from the factory, you will need to cut slots into your bumper and also need to get the corresponding front splitter with the notches in it to accommodate them.
