My car has been at the dealer since 11-25 for a TCM issue. According to Chevy, there is no TCM anywhere in the US. Has anyone encountered a TCM problem? Very frustrating!!! Can’t drive my car but the bank still wants my $$!! What is my recourse?
A said... I would ask for them to comp your payment and research lemon law timeframes. Most states are X number of attempts OR total cumulative downtime within a certain window.

Any competent dealership can get the parts order upgraded to get the piece you need pulled from production. many dealers are lazy and won't run the issue up the flag pole, but a little work on their end should get you the part you need within a few days.
