Honestly, given the cheap China quality and insane customer service from 2M, the price difference isn't going to matter in this case IMO. I wouldn't use 2M stuff at all no matter the price.

Milltek is using HJS German cats, the best in the world, just like Fabspeed. But Milltek's are selling for about $3100 and Fabspeed's are $5K.

Try 25 additional RWHP in the usable midrange. Add in the sound (with no drone like the C5 or C6 got with cat deletes) and it's worth it. Yes I have a CEL, I know of only one person who has made the 3M deletes not throw a CEL.
