I have a 2024 Corvette in transport from MacMulkin to Austin. Yesterday, using the app I was able to find its current location but I can't get back to spot that I was able to do that today. Anyone have ideas on finding the locator in the My Chevy app?
I went through the same thing. The transport company might have been driving through dead spots or have the signal blocked because when i was waiting for mine it showed it was still in NH. Then 20 minutes later magically was in NJ. Then it froze by the turnpike and i thought i would be waiting outside for nothing, then i checked again and he was 1/4 mile down the road lol.

I would just keep refreshing the app.
Got it, lol...put my glasses on to see the map icon at bottom. Followed him for two days....Arrived today
Remember to turn off the OnStar Smart Driver feature. Unelss you want your driving reported to your insurance company.
Please people, please stop spreading BAD INFO. Once again, this will not turn off GM/OnStar from reporting your driving data to LexisNexis (which is where your ins. company gets the info). You cannot shut this off other than by physically unplugging the 4G antenna behind the passenger fender. It does not matter if you've never even activated OnStar or have never installed the MyChevrolet app. GM is sending the data and you cannot turn it off, period.

If that's the case, then why do you need to opt in to participate. Aren't there privacy laws that protect you from that? What exactly are they telling our insurance companies and to do what?
