Anyone else get an email for the driving school prior to getting an allocation? I guess I’m on the schedule for the beginning of October for the class but haven’t heard anything about ordering yet.

Yes they send out a mass email for all dates and you email them 4 preferred dates and they confirm the first available date in the order you gave them.

I was just surprised to hear from Brooke before hearing anything about an allocation.

When darci sent out the mass email that very first day when she announced the dates, i emailed them preferred dates about 1 hour later.

I had many choices but picked august. I know, the hottest time of the year, but it's all good. I'm excited.

What dates in August? I’m going the 19th and 20th. Also a little concerned about the heat. Lol

I'll be there a week before. My uncle lives in vegas and the last time i was there around same time late august/early sept it was like 110+ but it's actually manageable.

I'll take 110 dry heat vs 95 degrees with full humidity which is what happens by me some summers. Those are brutal.

My #1 rec for Spring Mtn is chap stick. You will need it so bad they should probably give it to everyone for free.

I replied within 45 seconds (while flying from Tokyo to NY) and indicated that I would accept any time slot. I received a reply an hour or so later noting that all slots had already been filled. Then, several hours later I got another email message which noted an opening in August. I responded in the affirmative.

I never received an email from Spring Mountain.

I received my 2024 Z06 in September.

I did drive Spring Mountain when I purchased a 2017 Z06.

I went to the Stingray version in the beginning of July. My SR started to have heat related issues on the second day. Must say, considering I was giving it the beans for two days, I was still impressed.

From what I have been told you can't sign up for a class until you take delivery of the car. I had one shipped with the deal done, and I couldn't sign up until delivery.
I managed to get in for a May class.

They accepted me onto the waiting list as soon as I had my VIN, which was ~1 month before I had the car. I still had to do the "respond to the email ASAP when we send it out" thing but got lucky and snagged my 1st choice in Mar.

I purchased my '24 Z a year ago and am finally going May 19/20. I replied to the email blast like a minute after it was released and got the primary dates I requested. Can't wait.

I responded to the email with the list of available dates in less than 3 minutes but was not fast enough as all slots filled. However, it turned out i ended up pretty high on the waitlist and ended up getting a call yesterday that a spot opened and that I'd be going August 1 and 2. You need to be super, super quick with the response when they send out the available dates and it's probably best to have the dates you can't go copied and ready to be pasted into a response.

I wish i had started trying sooner because I was worried I was not going to be able to get into a course in time to keep the discounted rate.

That is what happened in my case . I had to have the car delivered first ( June 04 ) , contact them , and then they kept sending emails with dates ... I wasn't quick enough to send back the email with the dates I wanted ..I finally got through this past Feb. for a date 18-19 April ...they do extend the 1 year delay in case they can't fit you in ...there was no "wait list " for me , I had to wait for the email and send one back as quick as possible ... can't wait to go
