I could not find a paint code by GM for an engine part, your best bet is probably the many commercial paint products. As you found out, the numbers given for a GM code are wrong. May have to do more research.

I tried several to get a match. Then was told it's a multi-stage paint NOT a single stage. Found this and it was a PERFECT match. Clear coat after these 2 dry. Second coat is a translucent paint.
