Front splitter question

Has anyone painted the factory front splitter in carbon flash? Aftermarket carbon flash splitters are popular for these cars. Just wondering if anyone removed the factory splitter and painted it for the look? If so please post pictures.

Another option is to have your body colored splitter wrapped. I saw that another member did that, though I cannot recall who.

Do you have the part number for what you ordered and how much did it run? I have some points to burn.

The cost new is great, as an X collision shop owner I bet most shops would charge in the $250 to 325 range to paint them carbon flash which btw is a popular GM color and not specific to just Corvettes.
