I took my C7 into the Chevrolet dealer in Reno, NV.
They had 2 coupes, 1 convertible, 2 Z06 in the showroom.
Coupes/covertibles -> 9k market adjustment
Z06 -> 25-50 k market adjustment. 50k one had carbon fiber mags and the Z07 package I think.
What the heck are these people thinking ?
I remember seeing the same right after I got my C7 from MM and locally they were asking 10k more than MM.
I guess someone is still biting at these inflated prices 💁
Makes me want to get my service elsewhere 😳

Tell them you're no dummy and you won't pay anything less than a $100K market adjustment. These are super rare exotic cars that are only going to appreciate!
I looked at ones of their Z07's and inquired about it too before I bought my car, and yes that dealership is smoking crack.
Some dealers just don't mind having some of their high end inventory becoming part of the landscape and a show piece on the showroom floor. There is just no dealing with dealers like that.
I tried working with a dealer like this back in October 2024 just as Z06s were finally going below MSRP. They are endlessly greedy and delusional and I walked away and never looked back. This particular dealer appears to be dumb also if they think anyone is going to pay mark up on sticker for cars that go thousands and thousands below sticker brand new at other dealers. A good joke would be how much of a mark up they have on a ZR1, though I have to wonder if they'll get any. Difference is someone may be silly enough to pay the highest possible markup for a ZR1 in the beginning. The irony here is the Z07 cars have larger discounts than the regular cars at dealers in my area (though that may just be a function of those cars costing more to begin with) - and yet their markups at this dealer are even more astronomical.
I would make it a point to not give these thieves any money and spread the word about their actions so others are informed what kind of business they run.
They are one of the big dealers in the area, (Champ….n). They obviously sell enough cars to stay in business. I guess some people are still drinking the cool aid. The few non Corvettes that they had in the showroom also had market adjustment added to the MSRP. Unfortunately, it was the first time I got to see a Z06 up close. I did not realize how good looking they are in person 😳 I was going to sell my manual7 C7 when I bought a Lotus Emira last summer. More garage space opened up for me with a second house, so decided to keep both at this point. Just closed on a new house so gotta recharge bank before any further car upgrades 🤔
