Been looking at 23-24 Z's....Have an 07 Z06..What are the chances of the C8 dropping below 100K next year ? Seen a few E rays for low 90's ...That im hearing is a lot more torque then the Z06.....Im sure nothing a pair of ported throttle bodies could solve ..
I know GM has removed all new vehicles from the searching database due to the recall due to the fueling recall. Not sure if its reached out to used market as well. May want to hang tight for a little bit once that has cleared up.
News ones are 15k off at selected dealers. Seen low mileage ones for high 90” all day long, way to many being made & values are dropping. You need to shop better and look at all states, not just your area if you want best deal & low mileage Z.
I would just try to find a new 2025 with limited options. Big discounts apparently can be had. Seems dealers are still listing used cars with unrealistic prices. I imagine you can work them down but I bought my 2024 in October last year when the 2024s were left overs and was able to negotiate a big discount. Keep in mind this was before prices tanked because of massive availability, the ZR1, and the interior change for 26. At that time, dealers were still asking msrp for new cars since many were still in denial that they couldn't charge ADMs still. If you're sticking with used, it may be a good idea to find a car but then go in with a negotiated number on a new car and a listing of how many are iust sitting on lots. They know, they know but they'll present as unreasonable at first until you show them you're knowledgeable. Or at least that was my experience. Thinking the goal would be to make an argument you could buy new instead if they dont get with the times on the used car you want.
For me, checking the auction prices is a sobering experience and will probably actually give you a better sense of what you should pay for a used 2023 or 2024. Bet you could find one on an auction site for under 100 depending on the mileage and options. But maybe I'm wrong, it's been a bit since I've checked this. Guess my main point is the listed prices can be a bit misleading for used cars...

Hell yeah..Dealers will always list there used cars very high at first ..
I bought a ‘24 1LZ optioned up to $118K for $110K. I can definitely see owners who paid $110K or less settling for a $9XK sale price. I think my build/spec would be a $122K car today on a ‘26 so seller/buyer win. I lose 10% and buyer saves $23K……l can definitely see that scenario happening.
