Default Riptide Z07?

Anyone have good photos of one of these? I ordered one this morning and am trying to get some real world pics. Thanks!

There's also a lot of photos of mixed C8's and Z's here:

Thanks guys! Y’all have validated that I made a good decision. Went Z07 with full carbon fiber and yellow calipers/yellow stitching on rave seats.

Sorry, no Z07 but the base Z06 gives an idea of the wide body in Riptide.

I find Riptide Blue is very light sensitive… the shade of blue looks completely different in shade vs direct sun. Even the angle of the sunlight has different effects.

I only have one disappointment with the color…. Although I thought they looked fantastic I passed on Red or Orange because I didn’t want to attract that much attention and figured blue is darker and wouldn’t stand out as much… yea that was a fail. People see this car for miles but every encounter with the public has been wonderful. The best being a group of 12 year olds on Bicycles that stopped as soon as I opened my garage and waited until I started the car so they could hear it and watch me drive off. I was just going to run errands but when a 12 year old says your car is their dream car and you made their day because they were in the right place at the right time… good day.

Couldn't agree more. I was recently blown away when a little girl, maybe 6ish, carrying a teddy bear pointed out my 720S from a significant distance and yelled “A MCLAREN!!!”. I invited her over to check it out and when I said she could sit in the drivers seat, her parents almost passed out. It’s just a car… I think that made my day more than hers.

Not a Z07 - but a "basic" Z06. I love this color! I traded in a 2020 Elkhart Lake Blue Stingray on it and this blue just pops so much more but is still classic.

Its a really clean color but like others have said above its really light sensitive the blue gets lighter or darker depending on where you park it

Gorgeous car. I actually think the light sensitivity is a selling point for me.

Now mine is Amplify Orange Tintcoat, but I got a similar reaction from a group of 5-8 year olds last week. Driving slowly though a neighborhood, they jumped off their porch and ran towards me at a stop sign going ape-crazy. "I love your car!"... "Mom, Mom, come look!", etc.. Definitely made my day

Such a great color. Think I'll go with Riptide and Yellow calipers when I do my build.

It’s one of life’s guilty pleasures to build and order your Z06 😎
