Oddity or normal?
I changed out my brake pads today and after I reassembled the rears, I noticed the wheel would rotate. The car was in park and the battery disconnected before I put it up on the Quick Jack. With a regular auto trans when in park the wheels will not rotate. Is this normal for the DCT?

Yes it is normal. You can rotate 1 wheel in either direction and actually rotate both wheels at the same time in OPPOSITE directions. You cant rotate both wheels in the same direction while in park.

The transmission is what is locked to hold the vehicle in place. The rear gearing is still free to work the differential allowing you to still rotate the tires independently of each other. They will not move together in fwd or reverse bc the transmission will not allow it bc of the park pawl.
