I hit the Ciocca link at 12:00 last Tuesday. I thought I’d be top 100 or so. I wasnt prepared to wire the deposit to secure a decent spot. Unfortunately, I was on an airplane about to taxi out and all I had was my phone to work with. I had my credit card ready. Well, that wasn’t acceptable. A wire or a snail mail check were the only ways. There was no way to set up my bank that quickly to wire the deposit. Oh well.
My first thought was that this was a very fair way to create the list. I would have as much chance to be high on the list as anyone.
Now, I guess that people who knew that they would have to send a wire immediately after clicking the link would have a big advantage. Also, it appears that there is a large number of reservations before the newly created list. No harm, no foul in my case but Im out. Where am I going wrong on this?

i can’t believe they had almost 700 wire transfers in 9 minutes. And at 1212 they had over 1100.

I still think the 600s may be a late second year. There will be a bunch dropping out. Especially ones early on MM list and criswell etc. or those that don’t want to wait for year 2

Yup, exactly. Chase batched us all and sent all our wires out in one shot at 12:10. That’s why we’re all grouped together. This definitely sucks.

Unfortunately the numbers jump quickly for those that were in line after #15, I didn’t feel confident with the wire as that was brutal too, no real way for the most part to control the arrival, some banks were better than others but no one really knew that going into this.

Me either. I am assuming I'm pretty deep anyway so I just emailed them asking for a refund. Maybe hop on a lower ADM list and give that a whirl. Hopefully they don't take their sweet time sending money back.
