Minimum Height For This Ride
I had the opportunity to sit in a Z06 with competition seats. I'm 5' 7" and I thought the visibility would make the car challenging to drive. I tried to adjust seat but didn't make it better.
Anyone under 5' 8", what has been your experience with visibility?
Target is < 5' 8" but all comments are welcome.

Front visibility was limited. I thought I had seat adjusted to its upper limit. Maybe just an illusion but I felt like I could estimate where the front bumper was. I'll check out some local Stingrays while I wait for the list to shrink.

Seating / visibility issues would be the same as with the Z51. I am 5'7" ish and visibility is definitely not a problem.

I’m an inch or so taller and I find visibility in my C8 to be better than with the C6 and C7 because the abbreviated front end allows me to see more of the road immediately in front of the car. It’s harder to estimate where the front bumper is because it is much closer to me than I “think” it is — even after 18 months I consistently have to use the front camera to get closer to curbs. My 5’0” wife and I both think that we sit lower in the cockpit than in other cars, which might contribute to the perception that visibility is reduced, but we actually see more of the road than with the C7 Z06 it replaced. And the rear camera is so fantastic that we are spoiled.

I am a similar height and did not notice any visibility issues in the comp seat myself.
Worst case scenario...

Sounds like a pair of these “driving shorts” should be in order.

As suggested, I will be ordering my Kim K shirts asap. It should give me enough back end boost.

I keep the seat all the way up for street driving, but it's not really necessary. I lowered it at SM on the track for better alignment of my arms with the steering wheel. Only time it really matters is parking, like when I'm pulling into a parking space with a curb. If I lose sight of it, I turn on the front camera and use it to determine how far I can go. Same with backing-up or backing into a parking space. The HTC has a bit of a bump so I use the camera to verify there's no obstacle I'm about to hit while in reverse.
I know others our size with C8s that do the same thing.
No need to loose sleep on this issue. You'll be fine.
